Massage Therapy is mutually rewarding for the client as well as the therapist. Both individuals are giving and receiving the benefits of this self healing therapy.

Massage Therapy is appealing to me because it's benefits are essential to caring for one's self.

As a health & wellness advocate, I believe that we can not properly care for others until we invest in caring for ourselves first. The Human touch is vital. The intention of that touch is just as important.

I am a positive person who enjoys motivating clients to reach their health and wellness goals.

 Some of the things I enjoy are spending time with my family and attending church. 

My hobbies are reading and attending my Mystery Based Book Club. I am married and have two children.
